Hotel Policies

Check out time is 11.00am

Early check in and late check in / out are available for purchase on a per room basis. Ask at reception for details.  A debit / credit card is required to confirm all reservations and a valid card must be supplied at check in for all arrivals. We accept all major credit cards. If declined,booking will be cancelled. We accept cash on arrival.  All guests will be required to provide appropriate photo identification at check-in.  

Should you, for any reason, wish to cancel your booking, please advise us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days prior to the day of arrival. Should your cancellation be within the 14 days a charge equal to the full amount of the booking shall be charged to the provided credit card by Motel Air.  Should we be advised prior to the 14 day cutoff period, only the first nights stay shall be retained by Motel Air. This fee shall be retained to cover administration costs. 

Should any, or all, guests not arrive on the booked date of arrival or a booking reduction (after arrival), Motel Air will charge for the full amount of the booking and no refund shall be given. 

Any bookings made for Friday and/or Saturday are non-refundable and this overrides the 14 day cancellation policy.

All areas within Motel Air are designated No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. We operate a strict no smoking policy. Smoking, in any area of the hotel, is a serious criminal offence and will be treated as such, possibly resulting in the eviction of any one breaking this regulation. If a guest smokes in their room a charge of £100 per room will be made to their credit/debit card in order to fumigate the room(s).

Please leave your key card  on the reception desk at your check out time other wise the hotel will charge you £10.00.

Any damage / loss of the hotel property will also be charged at your checkout time.
